Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product. There can also be slight variation in the shade of colour since the colours you see depend on your screens resolution. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed an order online, a customer representative will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your order.

What payment method can i use to make my purchase?

We offer two type of payment method. One is full bank transfer and the bank details will be provided at the time of checkout. The other is half bank deposit and half cash on delivery. No order will be processed further without half payment made and a proof of payment shared.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by location and the weight of the package. Charges are confirmed at the time of the order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case i am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

What if the product i want is out of stock?

If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website

Can I visit your studio?

Yes, you can. Message us on Instagram or on our number provided and we can provide you details about our location. Our studio is APPOINMENT BASED ONLY.

How do I track my order?

Before you order has been dispatched you can get updates on its status by reaching out to us on call or chat. Once it's been dispatched the tracking code will be emailed or messaged to you and can track it using the couriers apps.

Is customization allowed?

Most of our outfits are custom made, if you want your outfit made on your own sizing, all you have to do is reach out to us with your order number after placing an order and let us know so the order can be made accordingly.
